How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 days. After that, most orders arrive within 6–14 business days. Some orders take longer, especially during the holidays.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We can't guarantee holiday delivery. Order as early as you can. Orders placed by about November 20 have the best chance.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It may take a few days to start updating.
Will I pay sales tax or extra fees?
No sales tax is added at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to the United States only.
Returns and problems
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.
Can I return something I don't want?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
My order hasn't arrived.
If it hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send it again or refund you in full.

Sizes
Which paw cleaner cup size do I need?
Pick by your pet's weight: S for cats and dogs under 11 lb (5 kg); M for dogs 16–38 lb (7.5–17.5 kg); L for dogs 44–88 lb (20–40 kg). Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. Over 88 lb? The L may be too small for very large paws.
Will the hands-free leash fit me?
The waist belt adjusts from 33 to 45 in (84–114 cm). The leash is 56–69 in (142–175 cm) from relaxed to stretched.

Checkout is through PayPal.
Do you have any deals?
Buy 2 paw cleaner cups and save 10%, or get one bath brush for $5.99 with a paw cleaner cup. Deals don't combine, so your cart automatically applies the better one.
